Note:
The conference/meeting is non-residential and delegates are kindly requested to make their own arrangement for accommodation. If you have any query, please drop a mail to info@uni-teas.in or support@kkconsultancy.co.in.
All participants and authors should abide by the [Terms and Conditions] as per the organizations guidelines.
The conference/meeting on January 10 - 11, 2026 will be organised at Shree KKarni Universe College and next day January 12, 2026, will be organised at Apex University, Jaipur.

Payment Policy

Payment of fees in INR must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Only Visa and MasterCard are accepted and should be submitted on-line via the payment form. Credit card details will not be accepted via email.
Against every paper registration, at least one corresponding author from the paper must get registered. Other co-authors who wish to participate in the conference need to register themselves under the Participant Registration Category. Only the registered authors/participants will get the Certificates of participation. No Certificate will be provided to the unregistered co-authors, however, their names will be included in the publication as co-author(s)
Standard Paper size limit - 10 pages. (If exceeded, then INR 2,000 will be charged per extra page)

Terms & Conditions

Registration must be paid & confirmed before deadline. We may revise our terms and conditions as per the government norms, for example to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements or improvements.

Privacy Policy

Filming and photography may take place at conference . You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you.

By attending Conference/meeting you hereby the absolute right and permission to use your photograph or video image in promotional materials and publicity. In addition, you hereby consent to waive any and all future claims, causes of actions and/or demands against Conference/meeting secretariat.

Publication Policy

We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the research paper that do not meet their quality standards.
We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate research papers and independently determine what they will index.

Refund & Cancelation

If you cancel your conference/meeting booking, or do not attend the conference/meeting, the conference fee will not be refunded. All Rights reserved to conference/meeting secretariat**
